Force Feedback

Reaction deliveres a professional simulator level of force feel. With the torque sensor in line with the steering wheel shaft, the system measures the torque input applied by the driver and integrates this input in the force loop with a very high update frequency. This is essential to reach the most realistic force feel.

The design is extremely rugged and reliable. The system is based on professional systems also in the aspect of reliability. (A professional flight simulator is used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, financial consequences of non-availability due to component failure are huge.)

The latest development in our Force Feedback products is the 'Direct Drive' principle. The system uses the rugged and reliable design of a single heavy servomotor directly in line and coupled to the steering wheel shaft without a gearbox. The only part 'wearing' are three overdimensioned sealed and greased for life ball bearings. We have two series;

The Direct Drive 340, with a maximum steering wheel angle of 340 degrees, enough for most racing classes.

The Direct Drive Multi Turn, with a practically unlimited amount of free steering wheel revolutions.

All electronics in the system are integrated in a strong metal housing and are CE compliant.
